The place is super nice and the apartments are confortable and spacious. The maintenance guys are always there to help and right on time if you need anything. It's a small complex so that makes it great for a more personal relation with the staff and neighbors. So far we are very very happy with our decision of making Portofino our new home"

"We have lived on property since February, was a bit rocky with the old management team but the team that took over are nothing short of amazing! Mike at Brittany are all stars!. They bring such a welcoming and fun energy here. We have had the best times since they took charge. They are very attentive for anything we may need and the maintenance men are excellent also. The neighbors are all friendly and have also been very welcoming which is delightful. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the place to be honest.
