"I closed on my house at the Gardens at Lake Jackson Ridge in April. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the decision to build here. I signed a contract in early November with the understanding they probably wouldn't start building until after Christmas. I was okay with that as holidays get busy anyways and there was home design to do! They began construction on my home the first week in January, and after almost everyone I know, including the sales agent kept telling me 5 or 6 months, they zipped through the construction like their pants were on fire. The home was officially done at the end of March, beginning of April. I couldn't believe how fast the work was done. I was convinced the workmanship had to be low quality to get done that fast. I was proven wrong to the nth degree. The quality of the build of this home is tremendous. And the attention to detail by the crews were impeccable. The KB Home staff is also a force to be reckoned with. The sales agent, Tracy, was fantastic to work with. No high pressure tactics. That's an easy job when the quality of the homes speaks for themselves. The construction manager Bryan, also fantastic. Always in contact with me throughout the process and he made sure I understood everything that was going on, as this was my first home purchase. I will recommend KB Home to anyone I come across. They really have set the bar for home building."

"This KB home communities is conveniently located close to the turnpike. The area is still developing. House build and floor plans are nice and selling for a fair price."
