"if you have 7 dogs and love to walk on dog poop 24/7 this is the place for you…. Valet trash is a scam because they only come when they feel like it. Pick and choose which one and which building yet you’re still paying for it monthly for it. Street lights don’t work. And someone broke into the complex and stole one car and vandalize 14 of them. And all you get was a sorry… The dogs are gigantic and loud no leash although there’s a dog park and waste basket for dogs poop but the dogs owners never picked up after they animals. Lots of silverfish and I feel most of the great reviews are written by the employees because some them live here. I’m disappointed. Even in mailroom smell like dog poop sometimes."

"We’ve been here for a month now and I can honestly say this was the best decision. So many amenities. The community seems to be routinely kept. The employees are so sweet and personable. I’m obsessed with my apartment and how big it is for a 2/2; also super modern. I love how the dog park is artificial grass too! That’s something my previous community didn’t have. It makes it easier to pick up after them. The community itself is amazing. All the major stores are nearby and so many restaurants too. We searched for apartments everywhere (Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport) and I’m so happy we chose this one!!"

"I'm a current resident at this property. Been here for about 3 years. I use to love this place. Recently that has changed. The current management team lead by Sierra is incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Every valid complaint I make always leads to me arguing with the staff. I've been complaining about a broken entrance gate for building 9 for 2 months. As of October 2023 the gate will not open or close which is a clear fire hazard and safety issue for every one in this building. When I voiced my concern, I was told they reached out to a 3rd party to fix the gate in it's nothing they can do. Of course this is unacceptable because it's been 2 months since I first voiced my complaint. So I told the staff that I would be contacting the fire Marshall. The guy who works in the office told me the fire Marshall is aware of this issue. Clearly his statement was a lie. When I talked to the fire Marshall yesterday he wasn't aware of any complaints from this complex. The overall cleanliness of this apartment complex is horrible. I make at least 2 complaints a month about my neighbors leaving trash out for 2 or more days. This has lead to rodents roaming our hallways and the property. I came home from work one morning to find a possum in my garbage can. The property has had an influx of rats roaming around the property as well. I have a video of a dead rat in the parking lot. I'm unable to post it because it's a video. Also pet owners not picking up their pets waste has been an issue as well. This property has become a horrible place to stay due to the incompetence of the management team. I hope my review gets to the right person who can bring about change for the people who call this place home. It's not fair paying all this money to live here and having to endure horrible living conditions."

"I will give a 5 star to Legacy Union Square Apts. I has been living at Legacy for over 5 years and of all the places I have live Legacy is the best place to live. The management is courteous, friendly and very effective. Nadine Colon, the manager of Legacy knows what she is doing, her experience and vision is what make Legacy looks like a 5-star resort. Since I move to this place, they have been expanding and creating new amenities, they build a passive park with a splash pad, another dog park, the water pool was change for salty water, volleyball net, among the other amenities that where there since the beginning. Of all the complex around in the Davenport and Championsgate area, Legacy is the one that offer you more for less, the apartments are bigger than most of the complex in the area and the prices are more reasonable. Nadine and her staff make you feel like family, they always receive you with a smile. I don't have any complaints with the maintenance guys, all of them are very respectful and work fast, my respects to Don Marcos and Marc Anthony, they really work hard. The stairs, halls and areas around the buildings are always clean, which is one of the most important things for me. The maintenance staff work fast and efficiently and resolve your issue in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we are moving from Legacy to a bigger place. I will miss all the staff, in special Nadine, Don Marcos and Marc Anthony because they have been there since the beginning. Thanks for your empathy and being so nice with us. "From the moment I saw this place I knew it was going to be my home. And I knew I really wanted one of the loft apartments. I was sad because a few days after visiting the place I heard that the loft was taken, and there were none available. BUT one day I got a call from Sierra (who was helping us with everything) and she said that they backed out and that it’s available and she remembered how badly I wanted it. II was so excited because I was actually at another place about to put down a deposit. It was so nice that she remembered us and got us in! This place is so beautiful and I feel very safe. And loft apartment is the best I’ve ever live in and when I moved in everything was so clean and fresh. The staff has been on top of everything with regarding us being new residents and getting settled in. Thank you Sierra and staff! Glad to call this place my home."
