We would like to thank the Property Manager Dolly and her leasing consultant Jesenia for all of their help today and assistance navigating the application process. Dolly was very attentive, understanding and very professional. She helped us find the perfect apartment for us! We are excited and look forward to calling Champions Vue Apartments our new home!!"

"This place is Great! The neighbors are super friendly the Leasing agent ladies are super nice! The maintenance always get things fix fast when needed. I love how champions Vue always had some event go on every once a month and no other place have I seen done that but champions Vue. Very peaceful and great community!"

"This place is literally a joke ! These apartments have been a disaster since day one of moving into a NOT move in ready spot. We have had a tremendous amount of car break ins sadly mine being one of those just recently on 01/03/2024 and this is not the first time has been happening for a couple months now if not longer, i have spoke with the office about the gates we have and it always being open and they claim they are having issues getting in touch with the gate company .. mind you the gate has been the same way permanently open since i moved in back in August, and other residents have stated it’s been like this even longer then that . I have had to put work orders in since day one of getting my keys . The amount of issues is just outstanding and some still not properly addressed. Definitely feel take. Advantage of upon move in. I have also had issue with valet trash deliberately ripping my trash bag just to not take them even with it being double bagged and not heavy. They just take the word of them and dismiss the residents concerns even with video proof. The amount you will be paying to get an apartment here isn’t worth it at all i would look elsewhere if i were you. The list of issues is ongoing and never ending here save yourself from the headache and lack communication from this community. I’ve never imagined saying i don't enjoy living where i am now. ."

"We just renewed for our second year and love it here so far! The office and maintenance team has always been prompt and helpful with any questions or maintenance request. The community is well maintained and located in an excellent area with Publix across the street. As others have stated the elevator does tend to go down at times and the gate has been hit on multiple occasions, however we understand people hitting the gate or the elevator being down is out of control of the office & maintenance teams. These occurrences have not had a significant negative impact on our thoughts of the community, and we think it is a great place to live."

"I love living here! I live in a 1B1B and the size is perfect. Largest closet I’ve ever had! Everyone in this community seems very kind and will always strike up a conversation. The leasing office does w good job of hosting events and contests within the community. After reading some other reviews I can say I’ve never had an issue with the elevator or anything breaking in my unit. My A/C went out over the summer and maintenance came to fix it immediately (however, it was just a battery problem, which is an easy fix). I’m pretty shocked and sad to see others having such a difficult time with this complex. I hope my building doesn’t come across any problems such as those. I can see where they’re all coming from and wouldn’t be happy either. My only true complaint is the gate. It seems like it hasn’t been up and probably running since probably September (writing this review in January)."
