"WARNING!!!!! If I could give this place a zero I would!! Place is disgusting mold in the apartments bathrooms pealing paint in the tubs from God knows how many repaints they already put in. The office fines you over any little thing to make a buck,they also live and work within the complex so if your cool with them constantly looking for problems or don't want to decorate your mini doorway that they already decorate with thier hired landscapers grace you with thier clippings under your door or all over your car your good. Not to mention they love plugging thier OWN side businesses with in the apartment complex usually you can't catch your leasing manager or regular maintenance man lounging by the pool on the weekends or using the gym after work sure it's a great place to live...not"

"I stayed in Ashton Chase for an year. There were not many pros to the apartments. They are old, and if you live on the top floor then your ac bill can be very high as the apartments are not well insulated. There is always noise around the apartments. The few pros are the office staff is very kind, security, and the maintenance team. The maintenance team are the best, and will try to do anything to help. Sadly the apartments are too old and have too many problems that arise. When I applied they had a discount for cast members, but if possible look else where. You will end up with a headache from the high electric bill and the loud neighbors. Lastly if you do rent dont expect to stay more than a year, they are notorious for having high rental prices after you leave. I leased a 3BR for $1800 for 13 months, but the end it was listed again for 13 months at $2100."

"I have been here a couple years and the maintenance team is always efficient, professional and polite, specifically Jimmy, Maria and Milton. Stephanie and Kayliegh are amazing in the leasing office. Stephanie is a gem and very helpful and professional for many things I have needed taken care of."

"My husband and I selected this apartment complex, sight unseen, for our move from SLC, UT to Orlando. From the start, our experience has been top tier! During the planning process, I spent a lot of time on the phone asking questions and the leasing office team was friendly and glad to help answer them. Once we selected this apartment, Kayleigh worked with us through the application process and made sure all of the details fell into place. She even thought ahead to have the keys to our apartment accessible on a day the office was not open, so we could get moved in and settled. We were blown away once we arrived here because it is stunningly clean and the landscaping is well maintained! The interior is beautiful and it feels like a really great community. It is relatively close to Disney and has many conveniences nearby as well. We would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 for Ashton Chase and their entire leasing office and maintenance team!"

"Very friendly people and they broke down everything for me and my wife. They made everything really easy and made sure we had everything we needed to qualify. I’d recommend talking to/working with Stephanie because at one point it didn’t look good during the application process and she told me “I hope you get this apartment” so her positivity gave us some hope. Overall awesome people and halfway through writing this review she called me to tell us we qualified and got the unit. We’re so excited!"
