"Our room is fantastic! Clean, TONS of space (we could host a soccer team in here!) and check in was super easy. Kimmie was not only very helpful on the phone but she made us feel like a welcomed guest in her own home!"
"The manager Alex on duty 1/4/2024 4pm absolutely lied about issuing a refund to me. I spoke to him on the phone and asked 3 times that he would issue a refund to priceline and all three times his answer was yes and for priceline to call him directly. Priceline line called back and he had the front desk tell priceline not to issue any refund. I called back and he hung up on me. I hope the owners or management company reads this and tries to get in touch with me. I have 15 families coming up for another tournament in March and we will not be staying there."
"Not sure if our room shared a wall with the laundry room of the hotel, but got woken up by loud machine noises at 6am that never stopped. No hot water in our shower — could only get lukewarm. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good."
"Large rooms. Pet friendly, which is great, but our room smelled a little too much like pets. Great breakfast options. Large lobby. Very nice staff. Easy check in and out. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7. Breakfast was 6am-10am on weekends. Ice machines. Very clean hotel. Great shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. Towels were soft. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was cold!"
"This location is definitely on the decline. 1. 1/3 of the weights in the fitness center are gone. 2. Water never got hot in the shower. Lukewarm at best. 3. Elevator never worked (1 of 2) and staff never bothered to put up a sign. Too many choices in the Orlando area to choose this facility."
