"Very nice place to stay. I was impressed with the size of the room and the amenities they have. A rollout work station, a full-size fridge, a kitchenette with dishes, and a nice bathroom. Hot breakfast was really nice, and a full breakfast. Next time we are in town we will look here."

"I contacted the hotel to secure a reservation, and regrettably, my experience with the front desk personnel was far from satisfactory. The attendant exhibited a notable lack of respect and was unhelpful, seemingly disinterested in listening to my concerns. Remarkably, she unilaterally transferred my call to Hilton reservations without any prior notification. Upon my subsequent call, the situation did not improve. The general manager, who answered, displayed an even more discourteous demeanor. Despite explaining the issue at hand, he appeared to be in a sour mood and exhibited a profound lack of helpfulness. His discourteous attitude extended to the point where he explicitly suggested that I proceed to leave a negative review. Furthermore, his proficiency in English seemed to be subpar, contributing to a lack of clarity and coherence in our communication. Regrettably, this experience has left me with reservations about booking at this particular hotel. Considering such shortcomings, I am contemplating exploring alternatives such as Marriott for my accommodation needs in the future. It is disheartening when the service provided falls short of the expected standard, prompting me to reevaluate my choice of establishments."

"My Room wasn't fully stocked and cleaned. And when I asked for it to be. The cleaning person didn't vacuum the floor. An didn't mop the floor with a clean mop. The floor was sticky. Last thing the room was icey cooled. It was to keep the dog smell away. The guest service staff all were nice. The young lady working at night was awesome she was super attentive an friendly. I'm sorry I don't remember your name. She's the only dirty blond working at night I believe."
