"Great place to live. My only complaint is that the stoves could definitely use an upgrade. I hadn’t used or seen coiled stovetops in 20 years haha!! Property managers and employees at the office are warm, friendly and always willing to help with a smile on their faces!! Maintenance team is excellent!! Jose and Norberto are amazing maintenance workers. They are kind and efficient. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied! They deserve a raise!"

"I truly do not know how this complex has high ratings. I just finished a 13-month lease here, and it was a nightmare. The buildings are infested with cockroaches - no matter how clean you keep it, they’re everywhere. Even if you get put on the list for pest control, it only does so much. Multiple times, the pest control guys never showed up when my apartment was on the list. When I told the office, they claimed I must’ve missed them, which wasn’t possible, since I didn’t leave my apartment at all on the days that they skipped me. As a result, I was forced to live in an infested apartment for weeks until pest control at least got it contained. They never fully go away, though. The courtesy officer doesn’t respond to phone calls if you call. Rules aren’t enforced, so there are loud parties in the middle of the night at the pool throughout the summer. The move out process has been even worse. I requested a walkthrough with a staff member before I moved out and was told I couldn’t do one and they would do one after I turned in the keys. They are now trying to charge me $225 in cleaning fees, even though I cleaned the apartment thoroughly before vacating, and took my own video/photos to prove it. I requested an explanation of the charges, and the assistant property manager won’t return my emails. STAY AWAY!"

"Went with my daughter to tour a potential living situation. We met with Joseline in the office. She spent a great deal of time with us to tour different apartments, areas and features, and patiently and professionally answered all our questions. Fantastic experience with a fantastic person!"

"Living at Victoria park really was a good time that I had there for the past year and a half! Maintenance problems were fixed pretty quickly within a day or 2, the price was very manageable, and the amenities were great. Staff was really great at answering questions and flexible with problems and able to work with you. I had Amy when we applied back in 2022, and she is the sweetest human being there. If you get the chance to work with her on signing a new lease there, she’ll get everything answered for you and taken care of!"

"I lived here for several years and the staff has always been super friendly and responds quickly and efficiently to any issues. Amy is one of the best property managers that I’ve had by far. She always makes sure things runs smoothly and has great service from day one ! Jenny is great also they always make sure your needs are met . Great place to live super clean . Property is always maintained every week. Amenities are great and the people that live in the community are nice as well. Great location to raise a family and close to Disney and all attractions . All in all 5star ."
