Silver Downs

"Apt k203 in silver downs (rented through realty executives ocala) was roach infested. Don't walk, run from this complex! Over the course of 1 year, we saw thousands of roaches coming and going from the kitchen at all hours. I eliminated over 200 roaches over a 5 hour period in just ONE EVENING. They were coming from under the floorboards, the drywall, ceilings, everywhere... We sealed as many cracks/holes in the drywall as we could, to no avail. We hired a pest control company who stated one of the units below us had been infested so we could not stop the roaches in our unit. The property management company REALTY EXECUTUVES OF OCALA and landlord refused to help with the roaches -- and did not mention the roaches infestation when showing us the property (or we would never have rented it). When a tenant provides video evidence of roaches infestation, a landlord/property management company should put aside their greed to ensure the health and safety of their tenants. They don't care if roaches are crawling through your food -- so why should anyone pay them rent?"
