"I lived here for a year and a half and the property is beautiful and Leon, the maintenance tech, goes above and beyond his job making everyone feel welcomed and tending to maintenance issues immediately. Staff are friendly but calls go unanswered. You can not get a staff person on the phone. I moved out and was told I would have my statement within 3 days and two weeks later I finally received it and can't get Kevin to call back to review the charges so I can make my payment. I have sent emails and called but no one ever answers and I call at different times. Unfortunately upon moving in this was the same case. It is a shame because the property is beautiful and well maintained."

"I have lived in this complex for 3 years. I love it! We played Bingo last night. Tonight is painting tommorrow is Movie night. This complex promotes family, safety and unity. Kudos to Kevin, Nilda and the office staff. Always pleasant and smiling !"

"Leon is the best for maintenance support, he really goes above and beyond to the people who live here. Thankful for the times when the ac goes out and he’s so quick to tend to everyone. It’s definitely a job for one person but he puts in over the hours and work time."

The amenities are amazing, the staff is friendly, the application process was painless, the whole property is neat and clean, and our apartment is so beautiful! Also the elevators made moving easy, and the apartment was ready and clean for us when we got here to move in! We look forward to calling The Addison home for many years to come!"
