"I preside here at Grand View Apartments. Really nice, comfortable, living."
"Poorly kept place. You will be blamed for everything even if damage was there before moving in. They will keep your deposit no matter what. They requested I pay an extra months rent for not notifying them I will Not be renewing, even though we emailed them months before notifying them. These people are extortionist. This has happened to multiple people I know and they will ruin your credit"

"Avoid at all costs worse complex every month there is a maintenance call whatever you save in the monthly rent you pay back in electric with it being more then 200$ plus every month never lived ina complex where my electric is ever more then 100$ They dont care about the residents at all otherwise they would fix up every apartment before having someone move in. Always noisy neighbors who are constantly fighting with their baby daddies its pretty ghetto and like i said you pay the same ina higher end just with the electric being as high as it is due to very old AC units in more then 75% of the complex"
