"Called to get information about apartments for myself and to see their availability as it says online to call for availability, the girl I spoke to said she "did not have time" and when asking for someone who did not time I was denied. Will NOT be leasing here and WILL NOT recommend this complex to anyone. When answering the phone you should be excited as that is money that could be going into your pocket. But they have just lost one customer."
"This is a nice place to live. The apartments are nice and the community is quiet. Everybody in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. Especially Jasmine."
"The lady's in the office where very helpful and super nice helping me get into my new place. Jasmine was awesome being that she is new. Lisette awesome also in helping with everything. Glad I had the opportunity to me these wonderful lady's."
"If I could give no stars I would have unfortunately, unable to. Not sure where to begin, between the constant termite issues, roaches, and more, things tend to get “looked at” but never resolved. Emails and phone calls do not work, as the office takes their time responding to current residents. My tub has needed a resurfacing for a year, I have not complained as I was told they would not do it so I went out and had to make the tub look somewhat decent for my kids to be able to bathe. The smell of mildew has taken over mine and my kids clothes and has been embarrassing to say the least. The kicker is upon sitting in my living room watching my kids open gifts, my 3 year old was ready to pick up something that looked like a bug, comes to find out, it was a mold mushroom growing from under my carpet in my unit!! Yes, a mushroom which my toddler would have ingested if I were not looking. As horrified I was and still am, I have become livid beyond livid can be. The maintenance staff was able to take a look and suggested it was mold from a previous tenant and now making an appearance. In attempts to contacting the leasing office in order to assist with the living conditions and a rent adjustment because I can not justify paying the amount I have been for their smallest unit on the property when they are advertising my same unit for a less amount via online, after 2 times prior to my rent being due of sending the same e-mail I was finally able to receive a response email from the property manager, however, no follow-up since has been made with me since and I have even sent over an email to finding out any updates… still no response and because I have yet to receive a response which makes the rent considered late because of their lack of adequate response to this matter and there are no other resources to reach out to within the property so I have to take it here and hope I can receive some response in return. Please look elsewhere, I wish someone would have advised me of this property prior to me moving in. Their leasing office looks and smells great, do not let that fool you."
"EDIT: at bottom I unfortunately had to delete my 5 star review from almost a year ago since things have changed here pretty drastically. To start, the office staff are amazing. Massiel was my favorite, but I found out today she left the company. The gym and pool are great and the apartment holds events for residents. The maintenance men, both of them, are very skilled and good at their jobs. Here is where they lost two stars for me… They had a team of three maintenance folks a while ago until they fired one. The staff has remained at two, and the quality of the property has gone down. There is a broken tree that has been sitting for months. There is dog feces all over the property, and I’ve stepped in dog feces several times recently. I can’t even look up while I walk on grass now for fear that I’ll step on more. The lawn care company is very rude, laughed at my “trans rights” sign, and honked and got angry at my boyfriend when they started driving right as we were passing them and we honked out of concern. My favorite part about the property - the dock out to Lake Gibson - it has been completely nailed shut to where no one can go out. I understand that the dock needs repairs, but for months now I can’t be on the lake - I was willing to stay here and pay a little more than other apartments JUST for the access to that lake. Now, I don’t have access. The cherry on top of the sundae happened today. Now, keep in mind a lot of this is in passing and not in writing, which has taught me a valuable lesson. When I added my boyfriend to my lease, I was told his credit didn’t matter and that it would be around “$200” to add him to the lease. The following week, they retracted that statement and said it would be “$450” to add him because his credit score isn’t ideal. The money order was processed, and they still charged me another “$150” on top of what I had already paid. When I brought this up, an office person called and said “The charges shouldn’t happen again!” If I didn’t nag and email multiple times regarding that fee, it would have gone unnoticed and they would have gotten extra money out of me. I received a “$100” credit back today, and, somehow, “$50” was still necessary after my “$450” money order. I make this review because, quite frankly, I’m saddened that my experience has declined here. I think it’s still a good place to live in Lakeland and SAFE too, but this has gotten to be a few too many strikes. I’ll finish my year out here and we will be moving out next year, unless things change. EDIT: wanted to personally thank Lisette for helping to make things right. I have received promise that the property will be turning things around."
