Lakeland Manor Apartments

"This is a decent property, I don't have much to complain about. Everyone is nice to me and respectful. I don't have anything to complain about. I recently was told that they will be towing cars, if you have more than one vehicle. I'm a single guy with no family here in Lakeland and having two vehicles makes me feel safer knowing I have backup to get to work. I haven't been late on my rent since I've been a resident. It kinda scares me that I have to get rid of one of my vehicles that I worked so hard for."

I dealt with a very nice lady Named (Q) she was polite, kind and very patient. she followed through from the first minute I walked in till following up on all my docs and getting me approved and moving me in. She was the highlight of my moving experience here. The apartment is very nice and clean. I recommend the place and definitely ask for Q when you come.. She'll take care of you. Everyone is helpful but Q is awesome!"
