Seven Lakes at Carrollwood Apartments

"Worst apartment I’ve ever rented. The leasing office is rude and unhelpful. If you call the number on the website, they’ll say they’ll get someone from the office to call you even though the number is supposed to be for the office and then they never call you. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you go in person to the leasing office with a concern, they’ll refer you to the manager but then the manager never responds to your emails. The walls are paper thin and overall quality of the apartment is not worth the price and the ridiculous extra monthly fees they tag on."

"Issues with others smoking in unit never resolved in over 7 months of complaining to management. And when it came to getting paperwork for move out to be completed and returned to new complex they ignored and caused me to pay a higher deposit fee. New complex said we are not the first to move from here and not get any requested forms returned by these people. Would never recommend this complex ever. This place has gone so down hill. We had three different property management while here and it just gotten more expensive and less care about the tenants.."

"The unit is nice and renovated, maintenance is fast and helpful. The only leasing agent who has actually helped me resolve non-maintenance issues is Angela (property manager) the others are nice but have no idea what’s going on. Angela helped me find a unit lower than my budget based on my needs. The apartments are dark because of the awning over the entrances unfortunately but it does keep the units cooler in the heat. My main issue with this community is the gym. I was drawn to the apartment due to its nicely renovated gym. However, the other residents are loud and disrespectful every time I go (4-5x a week). They blast music without headphones, talk loudly to one another, and make phone calls either while exercising or just sitting in the gym. I only use the elliptical and both of them are old and unstable - it’s only a matter of time before they tip over. If you don’t go to the gym then this place is a decent find"

"Customer service it have been nothing else besides awful. Apartments are beautiful but they should worry more about their residents once they start leaving in there. Besides Dionedy , manager and especially Gloria and the short hair one that her mom works in the company they do not worry at all about their residents ."

"I wanna start by saying NONSMOKERS have the right to breathe clean air, free from harmful and irritating tobacco smoke. For the past 3 months we have smoke coming into our apartment. We are not smokers and we talked to management about our issue and they informed us to call the Cops because it is against policy. We went in again with the same issue of our neighbors smoking outside and the assistant manager was extremely rude. He told us it’s not an issue to have smoke coming into our apartment. We pay too much to be living with smoke coming into our apartment. It’s a shared balcony and we can’t even sit outside without them blowing smoke in our face. As a delivery driver this is risking my job and my health. The only solution the “assistant manager” gave us was to move and pay $500. This is so disappointing!"
