Extremely overpriced in my opinion. If you enjoy quiet nights and sitting outside, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. “Stonergate” is perfect for younger adults and retirees who like to party all day and night. EXTREMELY EXCITED TO MOVE OUT IN 2024 AND FINALLY BE OUT OF THIS SLUM. Updated 01-2024"

"We rented at these apartments for six months then got out of our lease we were on the third floor the maintenance guys were very loud talking to each other never did we see them do a good job the complex had green mold on all the buildings. It was never cleaned up while we were there the railings were all broke one of our neighbors was going up the steps and she fell had to go to the emergency and she had her finger broke after she fell on the steps still we're not fixed. We actually moved there because we like the hot tub we went in it for a few times after that we went on vacation for a week came back and was told it was broke we asked when it was going to be getting fixed and they said they were going to take it out because it cost too much to fix it. We ended up leaving and finding a better. I don't suggest anyone to rent from this place unless they are younger and they like all the noise. I forgot that on the weekends the garbage up in the garbage was piled all the way up to the top of the dumpster while people were driving by and rats were walking around the garbage"

"Absolutely enjoyed my time here at Stonegate! Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming, it made my first apartment experience one to never forget! Everyone in the office, as well as the maintenance team always watched over and took care of us well. Communication was always there, any maintenance request was taken care of ASAP! Whenever I had guests or family visit and saw the community for the first time they always said "it feels like a home." The complex itself is well-kept despite it being an older community. Gutted to be leaving Stonegate, but cherished the time I spent here!"

"I lived in this complex for just shy of 2 years. The community was wonderful with so many friendly neighbors and an office staff that was on top of everything at all times! If you have a maintenance issue, it is fixed almost immediately. The apartments are well kept, even for being older buildings. They stay on top of the complex grounds and keep it looking nice. I would live here again if we ever move back to palm harbor in a heartbeat!"
