"Worst apartment living experience, first of all upon move in the unit was filthy. Dust CAKED on the fans, appliances left dirty, and the floors had to be mopped multiple times before we could get the water to come up clear. Submitting a maintenance request is a nightmare, they will literally not show up to fix the issue and then mark it as done, or they’ll ignore it until you harass them about it. For example, our washing machine stopped working and it took them two weeks to even come look at it to figure out what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it, and this wasn’t until multiple emails were sent to the property “manager” that they even bothered to come look at it. I guess you get what you pay for, absolutely would not recommend."
"I'm 3 months in to my first experience with apartment living and loving it. Keosha in the office is extremely helpful and friendly. She made the transition from home ownership to apartment rental easier for me. You can tell she truly cares about the community........and I can't forget to mention Lenard in maintenance. I had an issue with my toilet, and he did an awesome job fixing it. It works better now than when I first moved in."
"I’ve been apartment hunting for a couple months and I couldn’t find anything. But when I applied here the woman who contacted me was so nice and down to earth. She was very realistic with what my expectations would be with the move in process. When showing me the apartments she gave a wonderful walk through and explained how other apartments could be different. She made the process smooth and painless. A big thank you to Ms. Keosha at still water"
"I lived here for over two years. Your car insurance will be at least $150 more a month with living right off of the highway19. Find that quote out to find you will be shocked. When I first moved there it was decent. Then after the first year they raised our rent by $400 for I don’t know what, lol. The grounds are kept up average. The maintenance people will walk in your apartment unannounced.. I actually just had to pay $2500 to break the lease as the walls are paper thin and if you live below someone you will be up the entire night. I am a nurse and could never sleep. So rude. All hours of the night bang bang bang. Angela, the property manager tried her best to ensure that it would stop, but it didn’t but I appreciate her efforts. For over two years there was no toner in the business office printer so I’m not really sure what amenities you are actually paying for an half of the time the business office is closed so you can’t use the computers anyways. The last two tenants above me were evicted. Just trash residents anymore. It’s gross. No respect for working class individuals. The pool bathrooms are vile. No soap for over two years. We have had 3 flat tires bc of the nails all over the driveway. They don’t supply poo bags anymore or infrequently so there’s that all over:/ one positive thing is the wildlife. If you want to live in the true making of a ghetto this place would work."
"From the time I started my apartment hunting journey & inquired about leasing Keoshia was very professional, patient & personable. When I did my walk thru she was even Better in person. She was very warm & inviting which made me know for sure that this was the place I wanted to call home. During the whole application process she was on top of things and informing of the next step. Overall she is a wonderful asset to the community!!!"
