"Nice complex for the price. If Melinda the English lady was nicer I’d be more obligated to want to rent here. We came in with a question and she brushed us off saying she had a tour in 10 minutes (giving me a nasty up and down look and I’m sure it’s because of my tattoos). We literally only had a question about garage availability which would’ve been a Quick Look up. Everything happens for a reason though and we’re happy we decided to rent from Boot Ranch next door."

"Reading the most recent review don’t justify the experience a lot of the residents have here. I have been living here for about three years. My neighbor has been here for more than eight. That says a lot! We have nothing , but wonderful maintenance people. Especially Steve ! He is incredible. All of the staff in the leasing office is attentive and communicates well. They have helped us out in any situations that we have had. Plus, every Thursday night we have a food truck!"

"I was living here for 1 year (Dec 2021 - Dec 2022) and this is a good place to live. Good school, the neighborhood is nice, and maintenance service is quite fast. I like pools, tennis playgrounds, and basketball playgrounds. Changing the office caused me leave to another state. If not, I would live here longer. Thank you so much"

"We have lived here since 2017. At first it was amazing but my how the tables have turned. First my AC broke which took almost 6 months to be fixed causing some high electricity bills. Now we have roaches everywhere they are literally crawling on the stove as I cook. It’s disgusting and I’m a very clean person. I have tons of neighbors in different buildings with the same issue. This place is infested and they could care less. Office has turned for the worse the attitude and nastiness is unacceptable. Even with a letter from my doctor stating that I need a first floor unit they still want to charge for breaking the lease well sucks for them I will not pay them a penny. I’m sure I will be hit with all types of fees even though they have to change rugs and other renovations after living in the same apartment for almost 7 years. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT. The office manager is letting this place go down in the dumps. The pool parties at night from people who don’t even live here is outrageous and again nothing is done. The list goes on. Hope this saves someone from making a big mistake."

"This place is horrible. Roaches everywhere since the day I moved in. The grass made my dog irritable. I was filed eviction on for paying late in the current month!! I communicated and they refused to work with me. They went forth with the eviction when I was trying to pay. The manager said they file eviction on at least 40+ families a month. This place is ran by investors that don't care! Horrible place ruining peoples record."
