"Have been living here for almost 6 months and it has been such a great experience. The space was renovated and everything was new. Kristine went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I wish the dog park was turf or some other material for the dogs to play. 12/20/23 Almost a year at this complex and continue to love our townhouse. Everyone in the office is friendly and always very welcoming. The maintenance staff is constantly seen around maintaining grounds and working. Pet friendly and everyone greets you around. Keep up the good work!"

"The staff is amazing, from the office to the maintenance team. I’ve been here for 4 years. Very quick response to anything needed. Very clean neighborhood. I highly recommend this community. Also, with the price of homes and rent nowadays, I found this to be the best around and it’s a very good location. Five stars!"

"The leasing office staff is wonderful. The maintenance folks are quickly responsive and very nice. Haven’t been here long, haven’t been able to meet many people but those I have are very nice. Several social events have occurred but while I was working so I have not been able to attend."

Quiet and safe I am giving 5 stars ⭐️ for the past year especially since Maria Property Manager and her staff Christie and Megan are now the Dream Team. They are really a great team. Rusty head of maintenance is always on top of anything we needed repaired. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience.. We lived in the fully renovated 2Bd 2 B Very Nice living space.
