They helped my wife and I when we were in a bad place and got us through it with an affordable apartment and just an overall awesome experience. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live. The pools are awesome and the grilling area is sweet. Thanks again to Stacy and Shani and the whole boot ranch crew. "My boyfriend and I just moved into Boot ranch a few days ago and we have had a wonderful experience so far. The grounds are very well maintained, as well as the pools. Overall, our apartment was clean and in great condition when we arrived. Stacy was the leasing agent that assisted us in the moving process and she was so genuine, honest, and understanding of our situation. She provided us with excellent customer service and worked to accommodate us the best she could. She definitely made us feel more than welcome to the community! Keep it up Stacy. "Hello , I want to say a thank you so much to all the employees of the Boot Ranch community for their hard work ! We have been living in the community since 2021. When we moved from New York to Florida, we were looking for a three bedroom apartment, only in this community they told us in detail about everything and showed the apartments in great detail by FaceTime in other communities they answered us, look at the website there are all the photos. All maintenance were repaired on the same day . In 2023 , we decided to move to a two bedroom apartment in the same community because our daughter moved to live separately and we didn 't need to rent three bedroom apartment anymore and it wasn 't difficult . I came to the office and asked if they had apartments , but at that time they had nothing . On January 3, we received a call from the office and were informed that they have an apartment that suits us. It was the most wonderful gift for the new year, my family and I were very happy. Very bright apartment with a wonderful view from the window. At the end of my review, I want to say the name of this office worker and say a huge thank you for her hard work, her name is Stacy Sloan. She is a very kind and helpful person , she is always ready to help . I know that all the office workers are very friendly and responsive and I don't want to offend anyone, they all work very hard to ensure that we live well in the community, but it so happened that since 2021, Stacy Sloan has been helping me and my family. Thank you so much to Stacy!!!"
