"We've lived at Saddleworth Green since it was Steeples (4 years?) We've had some ups and downs, but it's been a good home for us. Communication can be iffy sometimes, but the main office has done their best to make sure our living arrangements are good quality."

"I usually don't post reviews, but I think what I say will help some people. And I'm attaching photos so you know I'm not lying. I moved here in May 2022, and had some issues from the start. First the place was DIRTY as soon as I moved in. No amount of mopping would keep my floors from making my feet black! Also, there is this lingering bad smell that never really goes away that many guests have commented on. When I brought it up to management they denied a smell at all. The circulation in my apartment is also very bad, the humidity is always around 70% no matter what I do. Also, my air condition leaked at one point causing mold in my apartment which they denied again until I showed them in person! Now for the biggest thing and one of the main reasons I'm leaving! The Pests! There are so many small places for bugs to come out of. I noticed that some people say that they haven't had problems and maybe it's because I live next to this wooded area but, I have had so many problems with roaches it insane! I would find them crawling on my walls, living in my shoes, and even crawling in my bed! I would find feces and egg capsules in my closet. I feel like I'm always cleaning up after them and am constantly paranoid. I am not a dirty person and they even told me it wasn't my fault. Also, at the moment I have a mouse in my apartment that moves around through the walls and is eating my food in my pantry. It took them a week for pest control to come and set traps. They basically told me it would probably take another week in a half for it to be caught and that it is going from apartment to apartment. They left me with the droppings to clean up and a hole in my wall. Other things: ^The communication is bad, not once have I ever called the leasing office and they answer or follow up. I have to go down there to get anything done. ^The electricity is so expensive! I have a 1 bedroom and I never turn on the AC and it costs me $130 a month ^The landscaping people broke my window and it took them almost 2 months to get it fixed. With multiple follow ups about it. ^ You have to pay your rent within 3 days or you will be charged $175. I missed it by one day after a holiday and living here for a year with no missed payments and they said no. ^ They never would follow up on anything! The mold, the Mouse, the roaches, the window! Nothing! Even after I told them I didn't feel comfortable living there. Good Things: ^ I never felt physically unsafe or worried about my car ^ The location is close to everything ^ The park next to the apartments is beautiful and quite ^ Once you put in a work order the maintenance people are pretty quick for little things here and there ^ The apartment itself is nice, love the space and the appliances I will say that most of these problems were addressed, but I just do not think it was worth the hassle with the amount that I am spending on rent. I do not regret moving here, but I would not do it again!"

"I moved here in early May of 2023 into my first apartment and have been extremely satisfied. The community itself is in a very quiet area. I have not have had any major issues throughout my entire time here. It really seems that things have actually gotten better. When I first moved in I had a lot of issues with maintenance but, now any issue I have is resolved quickly and without hesitation. I feel that I pay a fair price for rent, the electricity is a little high but, not unmanageable. Personally, I have not had any roach issues. I have with ants before but, the pest control contractor took care of them. Overall, I feel very safe in the area and am very much satisfied being a resident."
