"Our rental was in August 2023 for one week and during that time we phoned in a few concerns relative to condo. But none of our issues were addressed nor did we hear from the managing office. During our stay, we had a confrontation with the building manager and I phoned their office because we felt we were being harassed. My understanding was the office talked and heard both sides and the problem seemed to be eliminated. On September 7, I was copied on a review created by Bill Grannan from Crystal Waters Vacations that I find NOT flattering. This has really turned us off using Vrbo or Crystal Waters again. Too bad because we really liked Aegean!"

"When you rent through Crystal Waters you get immediate responses. We had a minor issue and it was taken care of right away. Terry is great to work with. He is honest, kind, attentive and has a great staff! We will always use Crystal Waters and will recommend to others!"

"We stayed at Destin at one of their proprieties earlier this year, and I didn’t think the experience was that bad, but the service/treatment was very poor. The people we stayed next to (also in a property owned by the same place) was super loud every night until early in the morning and we didn’t complain about it until the night there was a huge fight, the police and firefighters came because it got so out of hand. We let the property owner know about this (because we know they like to give ratings to the property renters) and they took all the information and never got back to us. To make it worse, they went and gave us a poor review as if we had been loud, disruptive, messy, and didn’t follow rules. We reached out assuming this was a mistake. We cleaned everything and we’re very quiet (we were working remotely most of the week). They never got back to us after reaching out countless times. Bill Grannan was the person we were communicating with (trying to). Will not be renting with them again."

"Our family stayed in a property in Emerald Shores managed by Crystal Waters last week. We placed three service requests during our stay and never received a response. The appliances are old and the dishwasher did not work and is not bolted to the wall. Many of the blinds are broken, doorbell broken, light shades broken etc. We had several large roaches on the second floor we had to kill. The wagon for beach convenience was rusted and missing a handle so we couldn't use it. The pots and pans were old and rusted so we had to purchase a frying pan from Publix. Overall, the value is not good for the price you pay as it seems the rental agency is not keeping up with maintenance on what could otherwise be a perfect property."

"We stayed in a home managed by Crystal Waters in Aug 2019. We rented through VRBO. Soon after our arrival I spoke with a representative. About some things that needed to be addressed. The home needed a little TLC. It was not horrible. However not worthy of 5 stars. I rated the home on VRBO. There was broken furniture that was taped together,roaches and the refrigerator knob was broken off. The sofa sleeper needed some attention as well as a few mattresses. Also.a hidden armband fee. The review sparked a poor renter review. We closed the home per the departing instruction. I pay a cleaning fee. And shy of cleaning it myself it was left like any other renter. I called Crystal waters to ask what we did that sparked the poor rating. The man I spoke with was RUDE. Told me because of my poor rating on VRBO that I deserved one too for everyone to see. Because it hurt them as well. I asked him if he wanted to live in roaches as well and why should I give an in adequate ratingin.I called seeking what we could have improved on and this guy was a VERY POOR REPRESENTATIVE for Crystal Waters. Think twice before using them!!!"
