"It’s a great condo. Location and customer service was nice. But if you stay here be prepared for kids running and stomping on the floor above you. If this causes annoyance then make sure you stay on the top floor. There was new washer and dryer, nice kitchen. Also note that there is a coffee maker, unlike most this one has no metal filter. So bring coffee filters."

"Staying here now and we are pleased with the stay. I do recommend getting a room on the 3rd floor so you don’t hear others walking around and being loud. Ceiling must be really thin. I would also recommend getting a room away from pool area to avoid noise. Closes to the water I’ve ever been since coming to Destin. Love the location."

"I was unsure of this place due to some of the reviews I saw but once I entered unit 18 it was actually really nice. The decor was simple and not overly crowded, which was great for me and my family since there were 5 of us in the room and we had plenty of luggage. Everything was fairly clean except for the floors, they could be cleaner. So definitely don’t walk barefoot, our socks were always black after walking on the floor. The downfall if you have little ones that are light sleepers you can hear everything from the pool right outside to the footsteps above and the people next door."

"Our stay here we truly amazing. We loved our beach view from the room, the private beach access, and that we were right on the beach vs across the street. The room was clean, spacious, we loved the laundry service in room and again the view was everything. As soon as my family left we were already planning on when we could come back. It was very quiet, we all slept well, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this resort. We had a king size bed, bunk beds, and a pull out sofa, two bathrooms (toilet, sink, etc) that joined in the middle with a shower/laundry room, a full size kitchen and dining area too."
