"Sadly used this “organization” to long term manage both my rental property & my daughter’s rental property. First, they had little to no prospects going through daughters rental home so I started providing prospects through my systems. Then they sent prospects to the home unattended, giving them the door code (which I am reporting to the Florida Real Estate Commission) which nullified any security for the property. When “fired” they sent back keys in a regular envelope so the usps processing machines tore open & lost the keys. On my property to start there was an hvac issue they got 1 quote on for $6481. I had a known hvac expect review & the issues were mitigated for hot air leaking into unsealed areas for "

"They will keep your deposit. You have to basically twist their arm to get it back. I have had to bug them for over two months now since I moved out, even though I passed the inspections. It’s always “I will check with accounting,“ or “I am out of office,“ or some other excuse as to why they don’t handle their business. I bet if someone were late on their rent, they would be all over it. I wouldn’t know because I was never late. We will see if they get this handled, but the way it looks, they are trying to keep my money."
