"I've been a resident at this apartment complex for nearly two years now, and I felt it was high time I shared my thoughts on this wonderful community. Moving here from South Florida in search of better schools for my son, I can confidently say that this place has exceeded our expectations in every way. From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are not just professionals; they are genuinely invested in creating a positive and supportive community. Their commitment to resident satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Whether it's a maintenance request or a simple inquiry, they handle it with efficiency and a friendly attitude. One of the standout features of this complex is the thoughtful and inclusive approach to community-building. Throughout the year, the management consistently organizes special gatherings and events, particularly during holidays, creating a sense of belonging among residents. These events have been a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbors and build lasting relationships, making the complex feel like an extended family. One of the main reasons we chose this location was the reputation of the schools in the area, and we haven't been disappointed and the convenient proximity to these schools is an added bonus, making our decision to move here even more worthwhile. The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities provided are admirable. From the inviting pool area and clubhouse to the well-equipped fitness center, there's always something for everyone. The attention to detail in the common areas reflects the management's dedication to providing a comfortable living environment. In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking not just a place to live, but a community to be a part of. "Steer clear of this apartment complex. Design and quality of the units are low for the amount you pay. Amenities such as the pool have been unavailable for several weeks this summer. The pool is still currently closed. No discount or credit has been offered to residents due to the pool being closed. You're paying for things you cannot use. The trash compactor area is hazardous and the apartment management hasn't partnered with a third party to clean up all the furniture and large items that cannot be picked up by WM. The apartment tries to entice you into a lease with special deals that do not benefit you at all. Only one way to enter and exit the apartment complex through highway 98 which will become more of an issue once Starbucks is open and we share that entrance/exit with all of the Starbucks traffic. Apartment has "interesting" practices and policies regarding pets (high fees for no reason at all; dog park is built in a retention pond area). Housing options are not great, but this should be a last resort option. Many units still sit open and there's a reason for that."
"We views the apartments at the Charles. Very low grade finishes , back splash grout looks like it was done by kindergarten students, baseboards look so cheap, floor feel like they will creek soon. Wasn’t impressed for the price."
"The staff is super friendly, especially Marissa and the maintenance guy. -I moved in last June and I have noticed a ton of little errors around my apartment. They certainly were not built well, but the maintenance guy is super quick when I put in an order in my apartment when something messes up! He is constantly working hard, even on the weekends and it does not go unnoticed. I hope he gets compensated for all of the hard work he puts in. -We are suppose to have a working printer to use on our own, but it has been broken since I moved in and I constantly have to email my stuff to the front staff to get what I need. Some of the documents are important, like taxes so I would prefer to be able to print by myself. Shout out to Marissa for being awesome and always willing to help me, but I would love to see a working printer. This is a big negative for me. -They have been updating the gym regularly with bringing in new stuff, even if its as little as resistance bands and sweat towels which goes a long way! A previous apartment I lived at did not do this, so this is highly appreciated. -They do not keep the clubhouse open during closed office hours which is weird. How is everyone suppose to enjoy it if its only open during the day when everyone is working? I feel like this doesn't allow the community to come together and we don't get to utilize what we are paying for. A ll of the previous apartment I had just locked the office and kept the clubhouse open for everyone to socialize and use the games, etc. -lots of kids who bike around at like 4 years old by themselves which scares me because some people are not slow ): -its kind of hard getting into the apartment complex if you are coming from the right. You have to drive past, whip a U turn which can be challenging bc of chick fil a, I've noticed if you go past another u turn area, its a little easier, so if you have patience, you'll be fine with it, if you do not, you probably would not enjoy this every day hassle of turning in lol maybe they will create a stop light or better turn because they are also putting a Starbucks in! but who knows. All in all, it's an alright apartment, but with extremely good maintenance services."
"Great apartments at a reasonable price. Quality amenities and plenty of space. Shout out to maintenance man Dave for always being quick to respond to requests. He's incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, quickly addressing any issue we've had. Highly recommend!"
