"We are a military family that owned a home in Crestview, FL. We reached out to Assurance Realty for Property Management shortly after we moved. I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants.
