"For a 2-star category hotel this was a great experience! Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly, room was very clean. I only need to “complain” about the counter space. There is not enough room to put two suitcases down and/or to spread out your belongings. For me that was a big no-go. But for one night and for the price good enough. I wouldn’t want to use this hotel for an extended stay, but for a night always!"

"Very clean, spacious, and comfortable experience. The rooms have a good sized mini fridge and microwave. WiFi is included. The morning breakfast was excellent: hot scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes, sausage and tater tots. Cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, tea, juice, and coffee. Overall a wonderful experience and a great value for a very reasonable price of $130 for a king size bed and suite right off exit 56 on I-10. Archie greeted us at the front desk and was very welcoming and informative. I'd be glad to return for a future stay."

"This was the perfect overnight stop on our road trip! We have stayed here before and it was just as perfect! Candice warmly welcomed us helping us get checked in quickly. She was friendly and professional, answering all our questions and telling us everything we needed to know about the hotel amenities and the area around the hotel. The hotel was very clean and festive with tasteful Christmas decorations. Our room was very clean and smelled of disinfectant. Everything in the room was of good repair and normal function. The bedding was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The location was very quiet. The morning breakfast was fresh and hot with plenty of delicious choices and the area was spotless. Checkout was fast and friendly with Fenji. We were sent on our way with a cheerful wish for happy holidays! We will be back!"

"We were in town for a funeral and stayed here 2 nights. It's obvious the owner pays great attention to detail and puts a lot of effort into making this a a great hotel. The lobby is modern and the breakfast area is comfortable and very clean."

"*Update* 10/31/23 Second stay. Candice at the front desk was extremely helpful! This time a handicap room was available, and I have to admit the room was even nicer than the normal rooms. The bathroom even had a better fan in it so stream from the shower would be removed faster. Overall this hotel has a lot of good things going for it. The location is far enough from the main road that you don't hear any of the traffic. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well lit, even the bathrooms are stocked with many towels. I did not try the outdoor pool, however it appears in good working condition. The breakfast offered was decent, offering a selection of hot and cold items. All the staff members were very friendly & helpful. *Room for improvement* The tile floor in the bathroom builds up water after taking a shower.
