"The front desk staff is awesome. That is where the good experience ends. Old and outdated rooms; half of the lights/lamps don't work; the one bulb in the bathroom flickers constantly. Walls are paper thin- doesn't help that most guests have no concept of other guests (including military) staying here- and that we might have early morning hours- so it would be nice if people are not yelling in their rooms, talking on the phones outside windows or dragging their luggage across the floor. The route into the hotel is convoluted and confusing. Breakfast is mediocre. Would not stay here again."

"The front desk attendants were very judgmental of me from the beginning.. I was judged by my cloths and skin complexion. My initial room was a single for me only... And I was placed right by the office. Then I have my daughters visit for the new year, so I changed to a 2 bed suite.. again right next to the office.. I asked to be moved to a different floor because the ice machine and the maids early with the carts woke me up everyday... I also paid $50 deposit every day and only received one back,. "Pros: A/C worked fine, Breakfast was great each morning, Room was serviced each day as we let staff know we were leaving for day so they could service. Cons: Received text stating that our room would be serviced every third day after we checked in and Paid for three days, thus why we made it a point to let staff know we would be out for them to service each day. 1st Night called front desk informing them of room 107 making loud vibration noise against our bedroom wall in room 105, they called back stating they could not hear from hallway so nothing they would do about it. Received another text on 2nd day asking for us to rate them on a 1-10 scale. I replied asking for toilet seat to be changed as damaged. Toilet Seat was never changed and text apologizing for delay on their response. Nasty toilet seat still in there after 3 nights stay. Hallway smelled like smoke from those smoking by pool everyday. It's a non smoking hotel. Rooms are small. Bathroom has no working vent."
