"I lived here for several years and it was pretty great. The front office folks are fantastic, down to earth, and easy to work with people. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. Any time I had an issue of any sort, it was resolved pretty quickly. Everyone always went above and beyond to make Spring Creek feel more like "home" than college dorms like a lot of apartments do. 12 out of 10 recommend Spring Creek if you're in the market to rent an apartment."

"I moved here from out of state for work and had applied to another complex previously to which I received no response! I had two weeks to find somewhere to live. Finally after arriving two weeks later and still no response from said complex after reaching out numerous times and always got “Lauren is not here but I’ll have her call you back” I reached out to Spring Creek. They returned my call next day and I was “IN” the next day! I’m so glad the other place did not call!!! Spring Creek is much nicer…All three of the wonderful young ladies in the office were AWESOME!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service!!"

"I lived here from 2021 to 2024. Lisa was wonderful to work with and very flexible for anything I needed. It’s very safe, and the amenities are very good. Only thing is that the walls are floors are thin so be weary. But it is a great apartment to stay"

The apartments themselves are amazing, as is the view anywhere within the Apartment complex, the Apartments themselves are nice, with amazing furnishings. And the management is absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful! Plus the maintenance guys are just awesome. One of them literally pulled up and helped me patch a flat I had. Also extremely pet friendly. 11/10, would recommend"

"Rented an apartment for 4 nights while visiting my son who just moved in, the place is very clean, very well maintained, and run by a very friendly staff, my son had 2 maintenance issues with his apartment, notified they staff and they were fixed very promptly, the pool area, workout center and other common areas are very nice and well maintained, the city of Crestview has all the small town charm with plenty of shops and restaurants, the only downside is the rush hour traffic can be rough if you are trying to get to Eglin, or Duke field, the rent is very reasonable so if your just moving to the area I would definitely check this place out."
