"Have been a tenant for almost a year, moved from out of state, and did everything through email. Lease is now coming to an end. We are moving on to another home. We would of resigned a lease. However, the home we are renting is being sold by the home owner. Sweethome only manages the properties for homeowners, and we have not had a problem. When it came to maintenance issues or any other problems, Paul was quick to get someone out to take care of the problem."

"The second paul heard the my ESA was a pitbull. he did not care about anything else i had to say. he tried to talk over me and tell me that my therapist who is licensed in florida was not legit and that the prescription of an ESA is not valid. he then proceeded to say “cant you just get another dog?” clearly he has no idea how an ESA works- it’s specific to the dog. i am so glad i didn’t end up renting this property knowing this man’s hatred for a dog breed. pathetic."

"I called today which I’ve been waiting for about two weeks for a call back! The man that answered the phone is not a business person at all. They really should put in the ads no pets are allowed I am new here and actually like the house but if you have pets or possibly will at some point don’t rent from them!!! As I’ve seen in previous post I know the owner will get on here and respond!!! But it’s facts!!! I’m glad I actually dodged that bullet!!!!! Ecspecially after reading all of the other reviews and Facebook reviews!"

"We haven’t had hot water or water pressure in over two weeks now, our house still floods when we wash our laundry, and it took them 7 months to come “fix” our flooding problem but without actually fixing it. Please stay away, you will never be a priority here. We haven’t had anything fixed in the year that we have been here except the toilet and hot water. Our front door still doesn’t lock, our yard is still dirt after ripping out our concrete months ago, our side door still doesn’t close, they lost our cats TWICE by letting them outside, these people should be in jail. They have broken so many laws and still get away with stealing peoples money. Our entire yard looked like this photo for months. It’s a hazard and unhealthy living in homes they rent to you. Please go somewhere else, I have rented from MANY places in my life and have always been treated as a priority until now."

"Update: the last tenant left, new tenants are just as unsupervised. Garbage on the street and in the right of way. When called to inform Home Sweet Home of the issues with their tenants, they are rude and unconcerned. No respect for the owners of the surrounding homes. Please leave Pensacola, Please sell your properties. You are a horrible excuse of a management firm and not wanted here. since you stated you drove by and there was no garbage at 1305, thought I would document for you. Merry Christmas. Slum lords are not wanted in Pensacola."
