"This man is a crook. A guy and his mother and step-father were renting a place from Howard which is the owner, the mother passed away, so he told then he was upping the rent, needed another deposit, and $50 application fee per adult, when the guy nor his step-father had moved. They were still living there and the place was actually in better shape than it was when they rented it. So this man lost his mother (and the other lost his wife) so this man wants them to sign a NEW lease? With higher rent (over $100 more), and charge a $900 deposit when nothing is damaged and nobody had moved out, but 1 tenant passed away unexpectedly. That's a shame. May God have mercy on his greedy soul. Money is the root of all evil."
