"I moved in roughly a month ago and since then I haven’t had any issues with this complex. Seems quite low key and quiet and everyone kind of stays to themselves. Colton worked with me and got us in fast and seamlessly. He has so far been among the best employees of any established that I’ve came across ! Has good vibes and makes you feel right at home when I first came in and met him. Him and Brittany are the only 2 I have dealt with and they were both just the best and most understanding people I’ve came into contact with at any place like this. They even worked with me because I had a pet that was supposed to come with me and when I already paid the deposit and couldn’t bring him, Brittany was cool enough to reimburse the NON refundable deposit to my account ! Which I know she obviously didn’t have to do that ! As stated before, I haven’t had any issues with this place and plan on staying here for a good minute. Customer service I give a 10/10 100% ! Not sure how it was ran before I was here but I can say I love this place !"

"I have been a resident here for just over a year and a half, and I have seen the hard work and transformation of this property, and the tireless effort of their team to course correct customer service and expectations. The service team is responsive, and thorough. The use of an online reporting system that makes communicating with them easy. The property management team shows care and attention, and are quick to take accountability and correct discrepancies and improve further commitments which is hard to find in high density residential. Brittany has taken personal interest in discrepancies related to my lease, and communicated with me every step of the way. Colton shared his readiness to aid our neighbors when our community noticed an elderly resident in need. 5 stars is hard to earn because nothing is perfect. Its the readiness to own the challenges that come with running a large complex. Utility challenges plague this aging community especially in a time of renovations, and the development's internet provider leaves much to be desired. Its communicating those challenges clearly and promptly, and a genuine interest in valuing me a resident of a community. Not a tenant in a unit that earns this place it's rating."

"I don’t normally write reviews BUT Albert and Allen from the maintenance team are absolutely awesome! They've got your back no matter what. Whenever there's a problem, they not only fix it but somehow manage to make it even better than before. They're not just maintenance guys; they're like your partners in making your place feel like home. Hats off to Albert and Allen for being the best team a tenant could ask for! Brittany, the manager, and Alicia at the office are simply amazing! These two wonderful ladies have been incredibly caring and patient with me. Whether it's answering questions or helping with any issues, they go the extra mile to ensure I'm taken care of!"
