"I love living here. The complex is clean and well kept, feels safe, and is tucked behind the main road while being conveniently located next to a target, Aldi and super Walmart (amongst other great things as well). The real super star of the entire experience is a specific leasing coordinator, Jordan. My husband and I moved across the country with our 5 month old baby and we were very pressed on time to find a living arrangement. Jordan worked with us from the start and she was always incredibly helpful and friendly. She showed us an apartment and we loved the place instantly. She understood our time crunch and came through in so many ways to make living here happen for us, and I do believe without her we would still be living out of a hotel. She was very communicative, professional, kind, and helpful beyond belief. I seriously cannot thank her enough. I’m grateful and happy to be here, thank you a million times over Jordan."

"This is the flight school barracks. There wasn't too much to complain about that couldn't be adapted to. One dumpster isn't enough for the entire complex. I got a parking warning once because I parked at the mailboxes to get my mail, but I parked there again and didn't hear anything since, so I guess it wasn't a big deal. You're right outside the back gate. You're only 20 minutes from the beach. Price is very good for the area. It wasn't affected by Hurricane Sally that much and was one of the first places to restore power. The manager was easy to get along with. Walmart is a minute drive away."
