"The apartments at Magnolia Landing are AMAZING!! It was very modern, with beautiful appliances and an open floor plan. The apartment has so much storage areas and a nice balcony. The pool area is gorgeous and well kept. Paige at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable and very sweet. I did a self-guided tour which was pretty simple to do. It was my very first self-guided door and I enjoyed that experience."

"Magnolia Landing has been amazing so far! We moved in two weeks ago, and everyone has been very helpful and friendly. The office management is very attentive and resolved our one issue we had which was out of their control, wifi. Besides that, it already feels like home and I am so happy with my decision to move here!"

"The office staff were extremely helpful in every aspect from my first contact looking for my apartment to the paperwork, when I needed help setting up everything on my I phone they were there for me. When I moved in there were a couple of things that needed attention and the maintenance men were right on it and very respectful of my property and me. I would just like to thank them for their diligence. I’ve only been here a little over a week and loving it."

"New management is very unsupportive in any issues you have. There's been a snake living in our breezeway since the day they took over in December 2022. They told another resident that it was "their problem". Speaking of the breezeways, lots of wasp nests, frogs, gnats, and spider webs. They only clean the breezeways once every other month or so. They also added landscaping that attracts bees. Be careful about getting gifts in the mail for/from people. Management will send it back if the name on the lease doesn't match the package. The floors and walls are paper thin. I can clearly hear the conversations going on in the nearby units, so don't expect much privacy. Lastly, they make you pay a fee for pest control, but I've never had anyone come and spray. I've taken the liberty of buying and spraying myself.. Overall communication and community with management is very poor. They only had events on Wednesday in the middle of the day while everyone is at work. They only email announcements for when the pool has issues. If they give you a notice to enter your apartment, they probably will go inside outside of the window they provide for you. I've stayed home for these windows and had no one show up. Be careful of the "community" utilities they expect you to pay. You pay to support the amenities here whether you use them or not. If you think you can avoid management and afford the variable community utilities on top of the absurd rent, yeah this is an alright place. It looks beautiful, but the longer you stay, the more you realize it's not worth it. Too many cons. Happy to have moved out last month. Hope this helps others."
