"nice RV park, a hair too close to 59 as can here police cars when they have sirens but it's absolutely the nicest park I've been in around Gulf Shores"

"It's very clean. The owner and her son Rodney are nice people. Have stayed here many times throughout the years without an issue. On out last night (week of July 4) I took my vehichle to get gas and came back. I was passed by several golf cars while pulling in so I couldn't have been going fast. The manager Jenn pulled between my truck and my camper stopping me from hooking up. I almost hit her because I couldn't see her. She then pulls to my driver side window and tells me I was speeding and that she followed me through the whole park and watched me. I said I just got passed by 2 golf cars. I couldn't have been traveling that fast. I said OK whatever just to get her to leave so I could pack up. She came back and told me I was banned from the park for speeding. I spoke with my brother who was in the spot next to me and he said there was another truck that looked like yours speeding. She had the wrong truck. I did speak with the owner when I got home and she apologized, and I apologized to her for talking badly to jenn after she threw me out. Jenn said she had me on camera and when I asked to see it she wouldn't show it to me. Jenn can be real nice but when she has some authority there is no grace or benefit of the doubt given. If I was the manager I would be more concerned about minors driving the golf cars and walking around un supervised. Overall it's a nice park. Jenn can be like Barney Fife at times."

"I didn't stay here, but my aunt and uncle did. We visited them here at this RV Park, while we stayed at Bella Terra. People were very nice, and have a nice variety of things for kids to do from swimming, horse shoes, basketball, and tennis. We didn't have the amenities at Bella Terra as Anchors Aweigh did. This RV place is more kid friendly than ours, when it comes to things to do. Bella Terra is nice and everything with lots of snowbirds, and very quiet. Anchors Aweigh had a lot more life to it when you factor in the kids. I would stay here for a week, being that I have 2 kids."

"Nice rv park. Small, but good enough. The spots are pretty close together, but you do get a concrete pad and a picnic table. Not many trees and no shade in the spot we were in. The price is decent. The pool was clean. Lots of grass to walk your dogs, but a lot of people obviously dont clean up after their pets here, which is sad. The staff that we encountered were nice. We camped with friends and we all will probably return again in the future as we all enjoyed our trip."

"Love this place! We stay here every summer and the workers are awesome people, the owner is a great guy, they have a great pool area for soaking up the sunshine and it's very kid friendly. My children love it and will ride bikes, fish in the pond, and swim in the pool for hours. They also love riding the golf cart all around the park. Definitely a great place to park your RV or camper and enjoy the Gulf! We will definitely continue spending our summers there."
