"Rooms are disgusting. Health department would shut them down in an instant if they had one look. A doctor owns the place and he puts zero dollars into improving the place. He just takes advantage of people that are lining his pockets with money every friday."
"The sign says WEEKLY RATES. Some of the people who live here are on a fixed income and lucked out to be able to stay here. Quiet little place no loud music sign inside says if the police come a knocking you better be packing no drugs allowed. Was here 12 years ago and it has not changed."

"Woman that answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person! After she told me they rented rooms by the week or month she proceeded to tell me I needed to go home because it was late! I am a 36 year old mom of 2 that was desperately seeking a room & she made me feel like I was doing something wrong by seeking shelter for my family!"
