"My husband and I moved into Regency Place Apartments two months ago. We found them in January and couldn't wait to check them out, then we couldn't wait to move in, and now we never want to leave. These apartments are beautiful and luxurious. If you are looking for a quiet community with great amenities, then this is your place. They pickup your trash outside your front door daily. The clubhouse has a great kitchen, pool table, TV, and gym! There are two gas grills outside the clubhouse patio where you can hangout and eat poolside. The pool is fun for everyone and includes two hot tubs and a gas fire table. There is a car wash station and if you drive an electric car, then you have power right outside your building to charge it up. There is a lovely little dog park (soon to be fenced). The neighbors are great and the manager, Janice, as well as her staff are incredibly kind and helpful. My favorite thing is the monthly birthday celebrations that she has for the community."
