"Gage my deposit may 2023 and never scheduled but planned to go in august…. Thing came up and never got to scheduled. When I put my deposit down I locked in a price and was told a cancellation policy but no terms on how long I had to come….. Contacted them before the end of the year and the said I needed to come before the end of the year and I asked for where I was ever told that or showed thar and never got a message back. Went to scheduled today an was told my deposit isn’t good…. I didn’t plan to wait 9 months but life happens and prolly wouldn’t have paid deposit if I knew there were terms to the length I had to use my deposited money. They do great work but don’t show you all the details and then in the message try and act like you’re dumb….. beware if you can’t make it within a time that you will waste your money….."

"Avoid this place at all costs. They’re not very clear in communication when it comes to deposits policies or they don’t tell you how long you have to get the treatment done after you submit the deposit. Back in 2022 I paid a deposit and honestly this people kept my deposit saying they’ll not give it back to me as my time had already expired. They didn’t mention that when I paid the deposit, all they did was collect the deposit and not even say how long I had to get my treatment done. Just keep your eyes open if you go to them so this doesn’t happen to you. In my opinion though, if they were a professional company they should explain every single detail of the process and their policies."

"My experience with Smile Dental Center was not what I expected this time around. I had composite veneers previously and upgraded to Porcelain. I loved my composite veneers but always felt they were a bit big and it was time to upgrade. When I first came to the facility in 2021 the staff were very nice! Second time around I did get the run-around with this business due to the impressions not coming out right which was out of my control. I was told my gums were healing from inflammation from the composite veneers removal. I do appreciate my dentist, she worked extra hard for the style of smile I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my results. However I will say I wish this business was more understanding of what their customers go through to be punctual for their service. I came out of EXTRA hotel cost and rescheduling my flight back to back and they did not care whatsoever! I had to stay two extra weeks in Miami due to corrections of the veneers that were out of my control."
