"Had a horrible experience at this dental office, i took my grandmother to get a pair of new dentures, we went to this place for 7 months they said that with our insurance she would get low quality dentures and they offer better quality dentures for extra money, so then we gave an extra deposit and then at the end they made the dentures wrong and when we went to demand a refund from the extra $900 we had paid for “better dentures” they said no and only refunded $300. Would not recommend this place to anyone!"

"I dont usually take my time to write a review ever but I dont want what happened to me to happen to someone else. So if you are thinking to go to this office please be aware of the charges before you pay or sign anything!!!!!! I went there with my husband for a dental treatment. They told us that they will bill his insurance before starting his treatment and whatever the amount the insurance didn't cover we will pay out of pocket. We went again in the next visit and I financed the remaining amount for him, they had billed his insurance and charged my credit card as well (the rest of the balance of the dental treatment plus a ''deposit'' for a crown so the price wouldn't change). My husband started the treatment, went to a couple of visits and ended up not wanting to continue it. He called to cancel it and get his money back for the remaining amount of the services not rendered plus the deposit we had paid for the crown. They gave him the run around and he asked to speak to the dentist or the office manager. The "manager" Liz which is a new manager, she wasn't the one that helped us when we went, was very unprofessional, rude and completely lost and inconsistent with her responses. He explained to her his situation and first she told him that she could give him the credit for dental cleaning or any other services he wanted, when he told her that he didnt want any other treatment, she stated that she couldn't see any payments made with his insurance and that since she didnt see any payments with his insurance we owe them for the services given because we had to pay "private price", on top of that she said that the deposit left for a crown that was never done wouldn't cover the remaining balance he owed because now that he is asking for a refund his price will change to "private price" So basically he doesn't have any credit left and on top of it "we owe them". He told her that they had billed his insurance and the rest was paid with my credit card before he started the treatment and she told him that he never used his insurance, that she doesnt see any record of it. They charged his insurance before he ever started the treatment and the rest was put on my credit card. THEY ARE DOING FRAUD!!!!!! They charge the insurance first, run your credit to finance the rest of the dental plan and tell you leave the deposit for whatever treatment you will have pending so the price "don't change". When you ask for the refund they give you 1000 excuses not to refund you the money. I dont recommend this place at all after this bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they dont answer our calls, we had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge and we are calling the insurance company to let them know they are doing FRAUD!!!!!! THEY OVERCHARGE THE INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR THEIR ''WORK'' Please see pictures below because they are capable of saying that we never visited their office!!!!!"
