"Wow! I have to start by saying that Dr LeCorn and Dr Brown are incredibly talented and wonderful doctors. Updated- The office manager contacted me and apologized for the lack of professionalism by the individual who called regarding the 15yr old collection. We also agreed on an amount and settled the account. Which is the kind professionalism I expected from such a successful medical practice. 5 Stars! --- below is previous to update above --- However, I've just had a horribly negative interaction with one of the staff members. I'd recently had work done and received a 2nd statement showing a roughly $800 balance. After reviewing my explanation of benefits for my recent visit and realizing it was covered, I was puzzled about this statement balance. I called, and it was rudely explained that I should not have been seen, and I had a balance from 15 years ago. That's right! 15 years, Oct. 2008 to be exact. As I asked questions and tried to understand how this could be, the staff member continued to be aggressive and acted as if I should have some knowledge about the balance. Needless to say, it was a horrible interaction, I explained that my wife died around that time, and I had no records of any balance. Not to mention I was well insured at the time and we weren't struggling to make ends meet, so it didn't make sense and as I tried to explain I'd need to investigate, the staff member continued on with their collection activity speak to me as if I'm a lesser individual because I have this balance. It was honestly horrible, and as I tried to politely explain her attitude was offensive, and I needed to hang up and call back once I had time to investigate. She continued attempting to justify her attempt to collect on a 15-year-old balance. Even called my mother and threatened collections, I'd like to see a legitimate collection company take assignment on a 15-year-old dept. I honestly believe it's an accounting error on their part, and now I'm being held responsible for their poor or lack of bookkeeping skills. I plan to investigate further and contact my old insurance provider to reference the claim # on my statement. It's not about the money. It's about the lack of professionalism when communicating with a long-time client of the practice who's referred countless people to their office. I still highly recommend these doctors. Just make sure you keep copies of your records for 15 years or more. Or risk being asked to pay a dept you have no knowledge of in 15 years' time. And I likely would have just paid it if I wasn't treated in such a derogatory manner."

"I’ve had 2 root canals done by Dr Chebrolu and she is the best. I’ve had other root canals before these 2 and have experienced pain and discomfort. With her I had no pain and she was very professional. I highly recommend any one who is planning on getting a root canal ask for her. They won’t regret it. She is the best."

"The people that work here were nice that actually did the dental work however, when I went for my "consultation" I was eagerly asked to go ahead and have root canals done that day, I specifically said "no its okay, I would just like a consultation today, money wise" I was convinced it would be okay because the rep would check my insurance prior to having work done. Once checked, I was specified what amount to pay($100) so I let them perform the work I could afford. MONTHS later I recieve over $1,000 bill that they later called me several times a day for, I made payments when I was able to but reminded the very persistent and non caring rep that I hate to owe people and this is exactly why i asked for just a "consultation", especially to be told something was covered that wasn't, then be hounded as if I owed them on purpose. Of course the remaining amount I wasn't able to pay right away, got sent to collections (just them doing their job) but for the inconvenience of not checking thoroughly about my insurance, pressuring immediate dental work and the non caring, nonchalant demeanor of the woman collecting the balance that works there, I will NEVER go back! Who wants to be lied to then treated like trash, you could almost hear the eye roll each conversation when i did make payments on the balance. It's a NO for me! I'm a human first and no amount of conversation with this lady made her GAF."

"Updated 2nd review. Once again Dr. Brown is amazing. I have an autistic son who had a tooth that has needed work for almost a year. We were being referred constantly and the tooth just got worse. I decided to call them with a referral that was to another place. I did this because I trust them and the place I was referred to didn’t even take our insurance. Dr. Brown cares and has a patients best interest at heart always. Jasmine was also amazing and very comforting to my son. They even called the oral surgeon to help ensure we don’t run into the same issues trying to fix his mouth. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe this great team. My 9 year old went in for a root canal yesterday. It was her first experience for a dental procedure other than her regular cleanings and check ups. Dr. Brown is absolutely amazing. The staff from the front desk all the way to the dental assistant’s was absolute amazing. I highly recommend them! I cannot even begin to explain how they put her at ease and so carefully guided her through this process with no sedation. An experience that should have been traumatic for a 9 year old was no where near traumatic, not even in the ball park of traumatic…instead she can’t wait to go back and tell her dentist how awesome this experience truly was for her. Also this was done yesterday and she has had absolutely no pain or discomfort since the procedure was done."
