"I am very frustrated and angry at this very moment. So back story is that my father had an appointment made way back for a 6-month follow up with Dr. Felix for his high blood pressure. Now normally a phone/text confirmation would come the day before. My father was very worried that he did not have one. I tried to assuage my father since there’s no way that should be the case. I literally have the appointment card that was printed out from them. So everything should be good. Right? Well I called in order to make sure, just in case. Come to find out, they told me that Dr. Felix left and the next opening in May. Like??? First off they should have notified him or me of what had happened. I would have understood and rescheduled asap. This isn’t something trivial like a hair cut or nails. This is his health. HIS LIFE, for crying out loud!! This is completely unacceptable and I am still beyond disappointed. What had happened if my father got out of work to find that “oops. Umm you don’t have an appointment :D “ ?? Or at the very least put him with someone else that day for sure. But three more months? Are you kidding?? No. Just. This is completely their fault to blame. Was his appointment so insignificant they couldn’t bother to notify?? The people who I talked to said there is someone who is the one to send out the communication. Well, let me just say they really aren’t doing a great job, are they?? They doing an absolutely terrible one to be honest. Fingers cross they won’t do this the next time. But who know at this point, am I right?? Be warned. And to this clinic, do better."

"My Doctor cancelled my appointment,and they rescheduled it then I get a call, she no longer works there. I was scheduled another appointment that I had to cancel, I tried to reschedule it and was told the soonest appointment would be April 2. Not only is that unexceptionable the person was very nasty about it... So if you are looking for a good Doctor office this is not it. My opinion"

"I have been a patient of Dr Rosa Malnati Podiatrist at Langley health services for quite some time. I’m always treated with kindness and respect, and they always do their best to help. The front desk check us in quickly. Dr Mali is the best podiatrist ever she feels like part of the family. The check out personnel are also very swift and friendly And the whole process is confidential. The billing department works in the timely manner to make sure that my needs are met."

"I did not have a hard time or wait to make an appointment with a primary care physician. However, I was informed that I would get a phone call back to make an appointment with the podiatrist. I never got called back. Had to call them back for an appointment. I also inquired about a dentist appointment and was told I'd have to call back in a month because they were short-staffed. I also explained and requested refills on medication that I was out of and was informed that I would get a phone call from somebody to assist me with my medication refills, still waiting. However, when I arrived for my appointment to see the podiatrist. All staff was all so Very kind and courteous. Very comfortable atmosphere. The whole place was so immaculate. Definitely need to work on some phone changes on callbacks for appointments, Etc."
