"Dr. Is great. He seems very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk lady needs to be replaced. She is rude. The office isn't kid friendly which is weird for a pediatrician office. They have an excess amount of signs posted about compliance and how they will drop you as patient if you even move a chair in the exam room. I got more of a prison vibe then a pediatrician vibe. Lots of better options in ocala for sure."

"Dr. Is wonderful, however; the staff is atrocious!! When my 4 yr old son fell and fractured his leg, it took the staff 2 weeks to send a referral to the specialist, and then they sent it to a specialist "that might or might not take him". Only until my husband stood in their window and refused to leave, did the staff then send the referral to Shans. The staff is horrible, and unaccountable for their behavior."

"I am so satisfied with the service I received 2/18/17. The staff that was working this Saturday went above and beyond to accommodate myself wth my daughter needing to be seen medically. The staff was able to accommodate a very very quick appointment in and out within an hour. I can not express how thankful I am the ladies at the front desk spent time researching my daughters insurance, & offered information for a walk in clinic that was local . I am forever thankful!! I will be switching my daughters primary physician due to how these ladies understand what customer service is AND went above and beyond! Thanks!!"
