Papa Johns Pizza

"This location has ruined Papa John's for me. I've been a fan for many many years. As basic as don't park in the fire lane in front of your store. I already reported this to management months ago and it didn't accomplish anything. I see it everytime that I visit the Publix next door. If there is an ongoing disregard for the safety piece of things, I can no longer contribute to that location or business. So simple to fix!"

"Very unprofessional and rude. I came into this establishment to pick up my order. Two members were on the phone with a disgruntled customer, I sat down and waited about 5 minutes before someone asked me, "if I was picking up an order." He passed me my order and I walked out. You would think after paying $37 for a pizza you would get a hello, thank you, or something."

"Ordered online, 15-24 mins. Perfect, I'm 15 mins away. Got back home, the pizza and the cheese sticks crusts were both burnt and the order was cold. I thought they seemed to be on the cooler side when she handed them to me at the store. But after waiting for 10 mins. after I got there because some guy was arguing with her about his order, a packed lobby, giving her my name 4 times, I didn't care. I just wanted to leave. $30 for pizza, yeah I'll go somewhere else next time."

"Had our pizza delivered like this. "Store Manager" stated she couldn't issue a refund and only store credit because everything we ordered was " in the box". Pizza isn't even edible. Why would I want to return here to order again. Would rate 0/5 if I could. Super unprofessional don't order here."
