"Started off with a smoked old fashioned and smoked salmon bruschetta. The pairing was amazing, the bruschetta I will probably get every time I come back. Let me tell you, my eyes were in the back of my head. Our server Michael(? Older man) was very attentive and had some great recommendations. Ended up sharing the wet aged steak with mashed and jalapeño macaroni. The mashed were really good but I'll pass on the macaroni. They split the sides for us too (in picture) and it was definitely enough for two people. Finished off with the creme brule for an incredible dinner. An instant favorite and can't wait to go back."
"Ryan, my server, performed exceedingly well in his presentation of the beverages, entrees, sides, and desserts. I chose my favorite wine, their signature filet mignon, rare (with the option to send it back on the grill if it was too rare), some delicious sides, and a big glass of water. When the steak arrived, it was too rare for me, and they gladly took it back and put it on the grill some more. When it was returned to my table, the meat was perfect. A meal wouldn’t have been complete if I didn’t have a slice of Keylime pie to go with it. I’m glad I had a reservations because it was busy on a Friday night."
"Took my wife out for a special evening and heard good things about Grillsmith and not disappointed. Food was prepared well with great presentation. The bar had some top shelf burbons reasonably price, something you don't often find today"
"We were seated quickly, and Zachary’s service was good. I highly recommend the Voodoo Shrimp, it was extremely tasty. One thing which disappointed me was the fact they did not have Tabasco, only Cholula."
"Devon was phenomenal!! He is top of his class and should teach the class on serving tables. Food was on point. Temp was a little cooler than we liked inside but coffee warmed us up. Looking forward to coming back!"
