"Quaint and clean. I had an early appointment in Tampa, and to avoid any traffic delays I decided to go a day early and stay at the motel across the street from my cosmetic dentist. The owner was gracious, showing me a couple of rooms to choose from, and gave me details such as “Pillow top mattress, WiFi, television setup (400 channels) etc”. No frills, but very convenient to several restaurants and convenience stores. The remote controlled air conditioning was a welcomed bonus. Great price, simple and fair. Quiet and comfortable. I would most definitely stay again."

"Our experience was completely outstanding. We managed to get a room on late notice for a really great price even though it was Memorial Day weekend. The staff was phenomenal, the room was really clean and a great location. Overall very satisfied and will be returning on our next trip to Florida."

"I have stayed here multiple times for business and leisure when friends come into town. It's a cosy mom and pop hotel with AC, cable, mini-fridge, and microwave. Conveniently located in the heart of Tampa and reasonably priced. The family that owns it is very courteous and always happy to serve the customer. They go out of their way to make sure the room is clean and to your satisfaction. Great spot."
