"I’ve been with this company through 2 children and I’ve been with them myself twice. I just got my braces off on Thursday and I’m not happy with the results. One of the things that irritated me this last time was #1 they didn’t have my records from my past treatment. Dr Shoopak son Initially did my treatment then I didn’t see him anymore, Dr Shoopak saw me a couple times after his son never returned, and then there was female Specialist. The one thing I didn’t like about her was there was no communication she just looked at your teeth and gave you your folder never giving you information on what the plans were or how teeth were progressing! I got a little agitated and complained requesting to see Dr Shoopak and every time I was told he wasn’t available. Now when I got my braces off I was told everything looks perfect and beautiful, I still have spaces on the side of my teeth and feel like one of my teeth at the bottom is not suppose to be there because my front tooth touches it and it’s aggravating. I will be calling on Monday my worst fear is that I will have to put braces back on, and having to pay for this all over again... I’m so disappointed."
