"This place is terrible. The service gets worse every time we come and today I just left the appointment after waiting over an hour for a quote. Mind you I have two minor children who were also there and they continually asked me to wait while they serviced customers who came in after me. I feel like it’s racist and I was treated poorly as a black family. I’m just saying be careful when going here."

"Insurance is causing an issue over a relatively small $240 bill, but the office is now threatening to the point of HARASSMENT, after we've had 2 children go here since birth, with a top PPO plan & 2 major ortho /braces treatments for over $18,000 lifetime value of this customer, todate. It's extremely disappointing that the billing person is permitted to treat patients this way over a plan change discrepancy that is currently under appeal with the insurance Co. The Dentist herself is talented & great as well as the assistants & young office staff, though being negatively influenced by the billing person. There should be leadership oversight over the billing person but that doesn't seem to be happening."
