"They changed my appointment time from 1:45pm to 8:45am without confirming this with me. The receptionist is completely careless and unprofessional. I don’t know how people like this manage to keep their job. Oh, they also send you a text at 9am the day before your appointment asking for confirmation. If you fail to CALL them within three hours of the text, they will automatically cancel your appointment. If you’re busy working, you better find a way to step outside. It’s ridiculous! I’ve read other reviews that claim they will penalize you for being late or not showing up. I better not find out they charged me!"

"I had a great experience with Dr. Edwards, and surgical assistants Maria and I believe her name was Rocio, I was very nervous about having all four wisdom teeth removed at once, the staff made me feel so comfortable and explained everything well. The procedure with Dr. Edwards was so quick I couldn’t believe it was over so fast, I would definitely recommend this place to others and would return for other oral surgery needs, I had somewhat of a wait in waiting room but that was fine and it was definitely worth it. Thanks again!"
