"Fantastic dental practice! I have two very different tweens, and both are involved and informed about their own dental care. Treatment plans are clear, well-priced and make sense. The dentist is amazing, and every person on staff is kind, considerate and friendly. Our old practice was far away and we hated to leave it, but Smile Cove has been fantastic for us. Update: Today my impulsive, sensitive, hyperfocused 11 year old had two extractions. On the drive home he wanted me to email the team to let them know, “It was so much easier than I expected. They listened to me and made sure I was always comfortable. The dentist stopped every time I needed her to, and she wasn’t even irritated about it. They did a great job.” This team exceeded our expectations."

One aspect that impressed me profoundly was Dr. Tate's ability to not only apply learned techniques but also to observe and incorporate comforting methods I used with my son. During the appointment, he sat comfortably in the dental chair, while Dr. Tate, demonstrating her dedication, moved around and even crouched down to obtain a view of his upper teeth. Her genuine care for my son's dental health and commitment to ensuring his comfort stood out. Dr. Tate goes the extra mile for her patients, incorporating personalized approaches to enhance the overall experience. Furthermore, she provided valuable recommendations for at-home dental care, suggesting a toothbrush that cleans teeth on all sides at once and offering guidance on modifying his brushing routine given his difficulty spitting out the toothpaste - in case you are curious she recommended using training toothpaste in the morning and a small amount of fluoride toothpaste before bed; helps keep his teeth healthy while minimizing the opportunity for him to ingest the fluoride. All-in-all, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tate and the entire Smile Cove dental team to any family, particularly those with children with special needs or those seeking extra support."
