"The location to Bourbon Street was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also good. The staff for the most part was helpful. Darius was very nice and had a pleasant personality. Please be advised that you will deal with a nasty attitude if you have Sophia at the front desk. She was not friendly and exhibited one of the worst attitudes. She does not belong in customer service. I would still recommend this hotel to future customers."
"Nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. The staff is beyond helpful, always treating their guests with kindness and a smile. A special shoutout to our wonderful bartender in the hotel lobby, Amy, who makes you feel so welcome! She is SO amazing at her job, so sweet, and just a lovely person all around. When back in New Orleans, there is no other place I would rather stay, for many reasons, but specifically so I can see Amy again!!!!! 10/10 recommend, great location to everything as well."
"It was great. Valet parking was expensive. Don’t bother asking for towels. The maids don’t speak English. The kid’s breakfast options is not good. Nor is the breakfast for adults. The portion was ridiculous. A Caucasian guy was very condescending when we was waiting to be seated. He kept telling us we can order at the bar to be served. His lack of hospitality was disgusting. He made us feel like we couldn’t pay. So I never ate their again. It’s right across the street from bus hub. I had Dyalsis treatment. I only had to walk across to the bus. Drove me up to the center. They do close at 4. They say it’s for the safety of them."
"Having been to New Orleans a few times, I wanted to stay somewhere close to downtown and French Quarters. This hotel was the perfect location as it was on a semi busy downtown street but without the hustle and loud sounds of Bourbon St. Took us 12 minutes to walk up to Canal Street. I can't say enough about the staff, the young man who checked me in Saturday (10/28) was very nice and had some nice suggestions for things we could do during the day. His name escapes me sadly. The bartender, Amy was fantastic as well as front desk attendant Ebony. They were very helpful and always polite. The coffee shop was also very good. I didnt get to try the restaurant but it was very clean and another customer told me she enjoyed it. I would definitely stay here again. Holiday Inn i hope you value your employees there. They were all great."
"Holiday Inn Superdome is fine. Nothing wrong really. It is basic. Clean. Staff are very kind, helpful, and friendly. They very promptly moved us into a King standard room after we discovered we were booked into a double queen standard room. No sense in using up a room with two bed when we only need one. Decor is nice. The location has been perfect for us."
