Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans

"The energy with this hotel is off the charts!!we had a couple of issues BUT ALL of them have been met head on!!! Great Service! The front desk, the Concierge (Lady Di), the engineer, Pete, have gone above and beyond to make sure we have a great stay! Thank you, we will be back!"

"Great overall place to stay, good rooms and good food. Staff was great when they could help, but a little passive on a few points, mainly for our room not being ready until nearly 7pm. But I would be willing to try again."

"I thought the happy hour was nice. I thought the staff was all very friendly, courteous and professional (Special shout out to Ms. Diane)! But I had to take cold showers and it would be helpful to have one extra roll of tissue if the reservation is longer than two days. (I don’t want to get stuck on the toilet, have to use facial tissues or go down to the desk and ask.)"

"The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable in the room was clean. It did have a small balcony that had a really nice view. The staff were very helpful. When I checked out, I left behind my personal pillows and after contacting them, I was able to pick them back up Six days later when I came back to town. Very professional front desk staff."

"Most Embassy Suites are very nice. The lobby was lovely and breakfast staff very kind. I was traveling with kids and we didn't need alcohol, but they had no non-alcoholic options at the evening reception. Not a total issue, but just something to consider sine they have a soda fountain machine available for breakfast. My room was okay. I had a 2 queen suite. No view of anything but the roof and the suite was the most basic I have seen. Maybe too many parties in the room and they limited furniture? Also the kitchenette area barely had room for the little coffee pot (didn't use) and an ice bucket. For the price, I mat have stayed at another Suites hotel chain for the same price."
